Answer: Introduction Presently the use of psychology or psychiatrist in order to solve the problems of criminal offense has been increased as it has immense importance in solving a criminal case by detecting the motive of the criminal, what was the criminals psych, state of mind at the time of performing any criminal activity is most important. What influence a criminal to perform crime is most important and it help in solving a case. There are many social service organizations, which works for the rehabilitations of the criminals who want turn their life around and want to lead normal life (Crank, 2011).. In the undertaken case study, it has been perceived that Alicia a volunteer mentor for a NOMS and ESF is working in a partnership with NPT. She has been matched to a participant named Richard in order to help him to find a job via ETE a department of NPT. Richard have many past criminal cases like he possessed cocaine and indulge in burglary but now he want to change his direction of life. Alicia is he lping him to do so. Main body Address the needs of the client Richard The needs that the client are being addressed in this case provides the detailed view of the explanation of the conditions with thereby the consideration have been made as per viewing the family conditions (Clinks, J, M., 2014). The vital need for Richard is the care and the nurturing that seems that these two things have not been provided to the client and thereby the structure of the needs have been crucially defaulted by the case. It thereby leads client to keep his legs in the world of the criminology and thereby the conditions have been worsted for the family with the separation of the father and the mother in the family. This case study also provides the overall view of the conditions of the client Richard and with previewing the present and the past conditions, the NAT provided the instructions in the form of the agreements that helped him to stay away from the world of the criminology. It also helped him to stay away from the bad influences that have been created for him with the consideration of funding issues. Appropriate rehabilitation programs must be arranged for the client Richard to get back the mental strength with the creation of the appropriate plan for the building a bright future for Richard. These factors created offence in the society with which the client is seemed to be have a segregated mind with the creation of distinction of the racism in the society and thereby the accessing services of the human rights becomes an issue (Shepherd, 2015). These facts and the figures help in the creation of the enhancements of the society and there by the issues can be resolved with the creation of the appropriate system of the alignment for the creation for the creation of the satisfaction for the client with understanding the values and the needs of the client. It also helps in the creation of the appropriate addressing of the issues for the client and thereby providing the ways for the creation of the legal atmosphere with support for the client Richard. Outline of the role and responsibility of the specific professional dealing with the case The criminal activity of Richard should be analysed in order to help him out of those activities. It is important for the government to take steps in order to reduce criminal activities in the nation. The human right commission also play an important role in giving the right direction. The organizations can help Richard for not doing offensive things by suggesting them that it is not good and affects the community (Hylton, J. 2015). Conclusion In order to change the life of the criminal and their perception of life, the society has to take care of the criminals properly. There are several social service organizations, which provide necessary support and services to the criminal to change their life and come back to the main stream of life. Proper guidance and assistance help them to come back to the main stream of life. Here in the case Alicia the social service worker helps Richard to come back to his normal life.
